I recently added Game Center achievement support to a client’s app, which requires testing using a special test account in a sandbox environment. However, even after the app had been finished and submitted I was having problems signing into my standard, non-sandbox Game Center account in any app. Whenever I entered my login details it would come up with the new account dialog containing a *sandbox* label.

After playing around for a while I discovered the best way to fix this is to sign into any Game Center enabled game with your test sandbox account, then sign out from within the Game Center app. Signing into the Game Center app using your standard account should then work!
