Quick Kanji Dictionary, my first app store release, is a kanji search tool designed to be the fastest and simplest way to find the details of the more than 2000 common daily use kanji based on the component parts and stroke count.
Simply tap on component parts of the kanji character in the lower half of the screen to search for it. The parts are grouped by stroke count. The total stroke count of the character can also be used to search.
Kanji details include:
- A large image of the character
- Stroke count
- Frequency of use
- On and kun readings
- English meanings
- A list of common words that include the kanji
